We have spent a great deal of time developing our own portal for our property managers/landlords. Compliance certificates are instantly accessed on our portal, along with alarm details and when the next visit is due- making it easy for property managers to access information regarding their property.
ANNUAL FEE INCLUSIONS:
Checking the location and number of alarms required as per the building codes
Checking the expiry date of each alarm and replacing if necessary
Replacing all alarms that are not functioning correctly (including first 240v hardwired alarm)
Cleaning the alarm and replacing batteries
Issuing a compliance certificate
Scheduling a return within 12 months
Installing as many 9V photoelectric alarms as required
Installing first 240V photoelectric alarm (additional 240V photoelectric alarms installed for $90.00 + GST per alarm)
Unlimited visits per year for faulty alarms
ONE-OFF FEE INCLUSIONS:
Our qualified tradesmen will inspect the cold water outlets and install the correct water efficiency devices if required. This is required every time a new tenant signs a lease
*additional fees apply for new inlet valves required for toilet ($30.00 + GST) and new shower heads ($30.00 + GST)
ANNUAL FEE INCLUSIONS:
Every time the properties smoke alarms are checked, our technician will check all internal window coverings and install necessary devices as well
PER WINDOW FEE INCLUSIONS:
Installation of window opening restrictors (limits windows to open to the required 125mm)
*A $50.00 +GST inspection fee applies if property not signed up for annual smoke alarm compliance
